All orders for goods accepted by Go-Jump Limited are accepted subject to the following conditions and will form part of and govern the contract of sale. Acceptance of goods shall be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of sale.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by Go-Jump Limited to the Buyer and n othing said by our sales staff shall amount to any variation of these terms & conditions or representation about the nature or quality of our products.
The total payment for the products and the delivery charges must be received before we can accept your order. Go-Jump Limited reserves the right to limit the number of products that may be purchased by any customer and to refuse any order. You will be sent a confirmation email informing you that the order has been placed and given an estimated delivery date for your purchase, this will act as acceptance of the order. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is unavailable then we will notify you as soon as possible where you will have the option of waiting for stock or a full refund.
All prices stated on our website are in Pounds Sterling and unless otherwise stated are inclusive of delivery within the United Kingdom mainland. We reserve the right to charge a surcharge for delivery outside of the UK mainland. Our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment for the total purchase (including any delivery charge incurred) must be made in full before the goods are dispatched.
Go-Jump Limited accepts payment by the following methods:
Credit/Debit Card: Access, Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Switch.
All payment must be made on UK registered credit cards, and the billing address provided must match that of the credit card provided.
Cheque; made payable to Go-Jump Limited, enclosing a copy of the order and delivery address. The order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared with HSBC.
Go-Jump Limited uses Protx as a payment provider. Go-Jump Limited does not hold any customer credit card and payment details.
Go-Jump Limited will endeavour to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
All Goods, wherever possible, will be delivered within 2-5 working days of the order being placed and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. All deliveries for items must be to the billing address as on the credit card. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any alternative addresses. If you request for the item to be left with a neighbour etc this will be done at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible.
If the item is damaged on delivery, refuse to accept the item. You are signing to acknowledge receipt of the goods in perfect condition. Go-Jump Limited cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for. Please make sure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature received.
All products are covered by a 3 month guarantee.
Go-Jump Limited will not be held responsible for damage to springs/heels/foot pads incurred during the normal use of the item. Go-Jump Limited will not be held responsible for guaranteeing damage from anything that may be deemed to be due to wear and tear during the useful life of the product or through incorrect use for example exceeding maximum weight limits.
The United Kingdom 's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day on which you received the products. The item must not have been used and must be returned to us as new. Goods must be returned at the Buyer's cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation.
The vendor will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised by Go-Jump Limited, and the goods are received by the vendor in stock condition, with original packaging and the vendor retains the right at its sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof. The vendor reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on goods returned for credit which are not in stock condition. Refunds will only be given upon inspection and receipt of the item with ourselves. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
If products we deliver to you are not as ordered, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you. If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 14 days of the date of your order. Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of Go-Jump Limited to collect faulty Goods and the Buyer shall be entitled to replacement Goods or a full refund.
The extent of the vendor liability to the purchaser for any default or breach whatsoever and howsoever arising shall in no case exceed the invoice value of the goods and the vendor shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the purchaser in respect of any loss or damage whether suffered by the purchaser or any customer of the purchaser and whether direct, indirect, consequential, or however else arising.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
