1) To begin, find a suitable chair or stool to sit on ready to buckle up.

2) Put one PoweriZer on, strapping your foot under the belt, ensuring the buckles point outwards.

3) Adjust the belts so that your foot and ankle are in a fixed position

4) Loosely fasten the strap on the knee-bar just below your knee cap (adjust the bar if necessary).

5) Repeat steps 2-4 with the second PoweriZer.

6) Using the chair slowly stand up. When PoweriZing for the first time it is advisable to do it with the help of a friend so that they may support you.

7) Once you are standing start to take small, steady steps around on a hard level surface until you gain more confidence and a sense of balance.

8) Once you can do this without support try taking small jumps on two feet until you are able to take PoweriZing that step further.

Users should warm up prior to exercise and wear a helmet and protective equipment whilst attempting to PoweriZe.

……stand-up unaided

1) Whilst on the ground move your legs around so that you are kneeling on your right knee.

2) Put your left leg in front of you in a right-angled position.

3) Keeping your back straight and with your hands supporting you on your right hand side push up and at the same time twist your legs in a clockwise direction.

4) Now bring your legs together with small sideways steps, until you are in an upright position.

5) Carry on PoweriZing.

To stand up unaided will take practice and will take time to achieve however once you can do it everyone will be amazed.
